FRIENDS will pay for each Down syndrome individual. This will include a one day park ticket and dinner at the park. The cost for 1 chaperone will be $20 (including a one day park ticket and dinner).  Each additional adult (age 12 and up) cost will be $55 (includes one day park ticket and dinner). Each additional child (age 4-11) cost will be $40 (includes one day park ticket and dinner). Ages 0-3 are FREE.
Dinner will be a buffet style meal. FRIENDS will all eat together at 6pm. Dinner will include Hot dogs, Pulled BBQ pork sandwiches, Baked Chicken, Potato Salad, Corn, Baked Beans, Macaroni & Cheese, Chocolate chip and Sugar cookies and drink.
You will be able to take the one day ticket and upgrade to a season pass for the remainder of 2017 and all of 2018. The one day ticket is only good for use on November 4th. Dollywood opens at 11am on November 4th. This will be the first day of their Christmas decorations throughout the park.

We will have to know who all is planning on going by October 19th. We will have to provide the exact number meals that will be needed by this date and paid for. No meals will be able to added or removed after this date. FRIENDS will need the monies for the chaperone and all additional guests that will be going by this date! Tickets for the outing will have to be pre-purchased. There will also be a $12 parking fee per vehicle. For those that already have a season pass for this year but would still like to attend with the group and eat dinner, this will be no problem. Please inform us this so we can get you added to the dining total.
